Enterprise Sales and Account Manager

Habit Analytics is a software company in the IoT and Data Analytics space. We are focused on developing a platform for enterprise customers to integrate with smart devices in order to build and offer new services to their customers and provide real time data intelligence and behavioral profiling for our clients.


We're looking for a sales driven person to join our team in Lisbon with the responsability to grow a maintain a prospects pipeline in the insurance industry.  

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team
  • Sell to Insurance companies and MGA’s. Experience selling in the insurance industry is a nice-to-have but not required
  • Research prospects and identify stakeholders using industry standard tools in order to generate interest and create rapport
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using hubspot
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators, including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings
  • Partner with internal and external groups to develop research studies focused on the value proposition of IoT and Insurance
  • Using these research studies, develop customer testimonials, ROI tools, trade journal articles, etc. to raise market awareness and serve as proof points in acquiring new business.
  • Develop competitive analysis and recommendations for customer acquisition

Main requirements

  • Strong interest in building a career in sales with an entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to advance through defined learning and earning paths
  • Self-discipline and strong organizational skills; ability to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
  • Be a go-getter, ambitious attitude that displays initiative and persistence, all with a competitive drive with a positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills, resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to work independently
  • Be sincerely interested in working at an early-stage startup and scaling with the company through this period of tremendous growth
  • A passion for insurance, data and analytics, and technology
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, is a must
  • 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience
  • Nice to have: Have prior experience working with or selling to Insurance companies
